Waste records

Waste transfer notes and Digital Waste Tracking

The driver captures the load, the office verifies it, the transfer note is issued with a verify link, and the receipt-of-waste record is queued for Defra's Digital Waste Tracking service with the two-working-day clock running. One record, every document.

For integrated operators in England that collect, carry and receive waste — and want the paperwork to come out of the work, not after it.

Schedule 1 complete, every time

SIC code, EWC code and description, physical form, quantity, container, carrier registration, hierarchy declaration — the completeness check flags anything missing before a note can be issued.

Season tickets and Annex VII

Regular runs under one season ticket (up to 12 months); exports on the Annex VII form with the same data.

Verify links and record packs

Every note carries a QR verify link the regulator or customer can scan. Build a regulator pack (notes, tickets, consignment notes, audit) for a date range in one go.

DWT when you say so

Receipt records queue with the two-working-day clock, outage mode and a spreadsheet fallback. Dry-run first; nothing is sent to Defra until an Owner switches submission on.

Carrier and exemption checks

Carrier registrations are checked against the Environment Agency public register; exemptions are tracked against their tonnage limits.

Needs-action pills

Draft loads, unmatched tickets, breaches and expiries show as counts on the menu — each opens exactly the rows it counted.
