Invoicing and accounts
Verified days become invoice lines through the customer's rate card. Invoice runs are issued, emailed and exported to the accounts package in its own import format.
For offices that invoice from the weighbridge ticket and the job sheet and want the two to agree.

Rate cards
Per customer or contract, with zone pricing, rental-free days for skips and product pricing with VAT codes.
Invoice runs
Draft, review, issue; numbered when issued; credit notes and statements.
Accounts exports
Sage, Xero and QuickBooks CSV formats; invoice PDFs with your logo.
Read-only, never lost
If a subscription lapses the company goes read-only: records stay, exports keep working.
