Who we are

MWaste (mwaste.co.uk) is operated by Ebrora. We provide digital waste tracking software to waste carriers and receiving sites. For the data you enter about your customers, drivers and loads, your company is the data controller and MWaste is the processor.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), company details, the records your company creates (jobs, loads, tickets, notes, photos), and device location captured by the driver app when it is opened and when a job status is tapped. We collect usage and error diagnostics to keep the service running.

Why

To provide the service, to produce the legal records your company must keep (waste transfer notes, consignment notes, Defra receipt records, driver check and hours records), to send you service emails and alerts, and to bill your subscription.

Where it is kept

Data is stored in the UK and EU (database in London, file storage in Western Europe) with sub-processors Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe and Google (sign-in only). Location history is kept for 90 days by default; legal records are kept for the statutory periods your company configures.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction or deletion, subject to the retention periods the law requires for waste records. Email support@mwaste.co.uk.
