Terms of service

By creating an MWaste account your company agrees to these terms.

Subscription

MWaste is £50 per week plus VAT per company after a 14-day free trial, billed weekly to the card on file. You can cancel at any time from Admin → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records your users enter, for holding the permits, registrations and licences the law requires, and for deciding when to switch on submission to Defra's Digital Waste Tracking service. MWaste produces records and submissions from your data; it does not replace your legal duties as a carrier, producer or receiver of waste.

Service

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Where Defra's service or ours is unavailable, the app provides the outage record and spreadsheet routes so you can still comply. We may change features with notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
